Registration is open for the Stryders Virtual Trail Race, Race 5 of our virtual race series. Anyone completing at least 4 races in the series will receive a Stryders buff. There will be more races this year through December. Due to the cancellation of most of the fall races we are considering adding four more races to the series including a half marathon and full marathon (with a 3-person relay). Details to come soon.

The 3-Mile Trail Race will be a virtual version of Stryders Camp Saratoga Trail Series and proceeds will benefit the Wilton Wildlife Preserve, Friends of the Saratoga Spa State Park and the Saratoga Stryders.

The race can be run anywhere at anytime between August 8 and 15. The run must be completed on trails and at 3 miles. No flat trails, but major hills aren't necessary. Does your trail have a hill? Yes - OK. No - Try Again. Does your trail have some rollers? Yes - OK. No - Try Again. Bonus volunteer point offered for the male and female with the highest elevation gain (if you can prove it on Garmin/Strava/MapMyRun/etc.)

Registration is free with the option of a $5, $10 or $25 donation. Registration will remain open through 6 p.m. August 15 and you must be a Saratoga Stryders member to register.

Please register for the race first, pick your course, run your race and email your results to results@saratogastryders.org. We recommend that you use either Strava or Garmin to send a link to your race. Be sure to make your activity public. If you do not have access to either of these, you can send the time to the above email address.
