Monday Trail Runs

Our Monday Trail Runs are open to runners of all abilities and paces.  Expect to run for around an hour or for about 3-5 miles.  We will have a sweeper to make sure everyone is back safely after the run.  Be sure to bring a headlamp and your phone to avoid complications if you get caught out on the trails after dark.  The goal is to have fun, learn about trail running, explore new areas and be safe. Primarily, these runs will be “recovery runs” with an RPE (rate of perceived exertion) of 4/10 allowing comfortable conversation to catch up on all the tales of our long runs over the weekend!  Participants do not have to be members of Saratoga Stryders but are encouraged to join. 

The Google Maps Start Location link gives you driving directions to the parking lot where we meet to start & finish.

The Strava Map Route link will give you the map of the run with a difficulty rating, approximate mileage and the elevation gain. 

All runs start at 6:00 PM.

Waiver:

  • Everyone and anyone is welcome to join us for our regular runs. Please be aware that our membership in RRCA requires nonmembers to sign a waiver. Waivers will be available at each run.
