This run is open to all runners. Choose your own pace and distance. General routes are provided to accommodate for everyone's goals. During the winter, we run through the well-maintained roads in Global Foundries and Luther Forest. During the spring, summer and fall, the location is varied to explore new areas. Suggestions are welcomed!

• Nov 1 - NO RUN, join us for the Saratoga Stryders Fall Back 5 Mile Trail Race
• Nov 8 - Whitman Brewing Co. (meet at corner of Lake & Maple)
• Nov 15 - Zim Smith Trail (English Rd trailhead) across from the Mill on Round Lake
• Nov 22 - Artisinal Brew Works
• Nov 29 - Speckled Pig Brewing Co. (run to Zim Smith Trail)
• Dec 6 - Whitman Brewing Co. (meet at corner of Lake & Maple)
• Dec 13 - *Special Event* Cookie Run 5:00pm (meet at 38 High Rock Ave. for a 1-hour fun run followed by a social gathering. Drinks/snacks will be provided, feel free to bring some cookies to share!)

Waiver:

• Everyone and anyone is welcome to join us for our regular runs. Please be aware that our membership in RRCA requires nonmembers to sign a waiver. Waivers will be available at each run.
